Ils permettent aux salari\u00e9s de payer leurs repas s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de restaurant d&rsquo;entreprise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe 4 distributeurs de titres restaurants en France :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenred.fr\/\">Edenred France <\/a>pour le Ticket Restaurant<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodexo.fr\/motivation-entreprise\/\">Sodexo Solutions<\/a> pour le Ch\u00e8que Restaurant<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/up.coop\/updejeuner\/employeurs\/\">Le Groupe Ch\u00e8que D\u00e9jeuner<\/a> pour le Ch\u00e8que D\u00e9jeuner<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bimpli.com\/\">Natexis Intertitres<\/a> pour le Ch\u00e8que de Table<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des titres restaurants ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant qu&rsquo;entreprise vous n&rsquo;avez pas l&rsquo;obligation d&rsquo;attribuer des titres restaurants \u00e0 vos salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous d\u00e9cidez d&rsquo;accorder des titres restaurant , les\u00a0<strong>salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps complet\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<strong>\u00e0 temps partiel<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>stagiaires<\/strong>\u00a0ainsi que les\u00a0<strong>int\u00e9rimaires<\/strong>\u00a0de l&rsquo;entreprise auront le droit \u00e0 un titre par un repas compris dans leurs horaires de travail journalier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de refuser les titres restaurants. Cela ne pourra pas \u00eatre le cas si un accord collectif le pr\u00e9voit pour tous les salari\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel est le co\u00fbt pour l&#8217;employeur ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant qu&#8217;employeur, vous d\u00e9terminez librement le montant de la valeur lib\u00e9ratoire (=valeur faciale) des titres restaurants. Vous devez obligatoirement prendre<strong>\u00a0\u00e0 votre charge entre 50 % et 60 %<\/strong>\u00a0de sa valeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour \u00eatre\u00a0<strong>exon\u00e9r\u00e9e des cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale<\/strong>, en tant qu&#8217;employeur, vous ne devez pas prendre en charge plus de\u00a0<strong>5.92\u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0par titre du 1er septembre 2022 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels supports existent pour les titres restaurants ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de distribuer des titres titres-restaurants sous 3 formats :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The<strong>&nbsp;tickets papiers<\/strong>&nbsp;sous forme de ch\u00e9quier,<\/li><li><strong>Carte \u00e0 puce<\/strong>&nbsp;pr\u00e9pay\u00e9e et rechargeable,<\/li><li>Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une&nbsp;<strong>application<\/strong>&nbsp;sur smartphone.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment utiliser les titres restaurants ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les ch\u00e8ques restaurants sont utilisables uniquement les<strong>&nbsp;jours ouvrable<\/strong>s sauf si le salari\u00e9 est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler le dimanche ou les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les ch\u00e8ques restaurants permettent de payer tout ou une partie d\u2019un<strong>&nbsp;repas dans les restaurants&nbsp;<\/strong>et certains&nbsp;<strong>commer\u00e7ants assimil\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;(charcuteries, traiteurs, boulangeries, commerces de distribution alimentaires\u2026) et aupr\u00e8s des&nbsp;<strong>d\u00e9taillants en fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-medium is-style-rounded\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/novalliance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Sans-titre-4-300x300.png\" alt=\"boulangerie\" class=\"wp-image-3478\" srcset=\"https:\/\/novalliance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Sans-titre-4-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/novalliance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Sans-titre-4-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/novalliance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Sans-titre-4-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/novalliance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Sans-titre-4-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/novalliance.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Sans-titre-4.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les titres restaurants peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour acheter des\u00a0<strong>aliments imm\u00e9diatement consommables<\/strong>\u00a0ou qui serviront \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de votre repas (plats cuisin\u00e9s, salades pr\u00e9par\u00e9es, sandwichs, fruits et l\u00e9gumes, produits laitiers\u2026). Afin de soutenir le pouvoir d&rsquo;achats, \u00e0 compter du 1er septembre 2022 et jusqu&rsquo;au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023, les titres restaurants peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour acheter des produits alimentaires m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils ne sont pas directement consommables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les titres restaurants sont utilisables dans la limite de<strong>\u00a025 \u20ac par jour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A noter, toutefois, que les restaurants et les commer\u00e7ants ont le choix d\u2019accepter ou non les titres restaurants.
